The soot blowing program control device undoubtedly occupies a very important position in the boiler soot blowing system, as it commands the safe and reliable operation of the entire boiler soot blowing system.
HXCK-II型吹灰程控裝置是我廠專為中、小型鍋爐吹灰設(shè)備配套的程控產(chǎn)品。其控制核心元件選用PLC，使吹灰工藝柔性化，能夠按照鍋爐生產(chǎn)廠家提供的吹灰工藝，協(xié)調(diào)整個(gè)鍋爐吹灰系統(tǒng)，對(duì)鍋爐吹灰系統(tǒng)的所有設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬、自動(dòng)、遠(yuǎn)控、就地操作，并有相應(yīng)設(shè)備運(yùn)行的狀態(tài)顯示、故障報(bào)警、聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)等功能，能滿足吹灰運(yùn)行的要求，目前已成熟應(yīng)用于125MW、200MW、300MW、600MW機(jī)組。
HXCK-II type soot blowing program control device is a program control product specially designed for small and medium-sized boiler soot blowing equipment in our factory. The core component of its control is PLC, which makes the soot blowing process flexible. It can coordinate the entire boiler soot blowing system according to the soot blowing process provided by the boiler manufacturer, achieve simulation, automation, remote control, and local operation of all equipment in the boiler soot blowing system, and have corresponding equipment operation status display, fault alarm, interlocking protection, and other functions, which can meet the requirements of soot blowing operation. Currently, it has been mature and applied to 125MW, 200MW, 300MW 600MW unit.
由于PLC的邏輯及運(yùn)算功能強(qiáng)大、采用EEPROM為用戶程序存儲(chǔ)單元，其編程及修改都非常方便、靈活。抗干擾能力強(qiáng)，壽命長(zhǎng)，易掌握，維修簡(jiǎn)單?？刂乒窈蛣?dòng)力柜按照GB4208—84一IEC529—76標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造，適用于露天和非露天布置的各類鍋爐。
Due to the powerful logic and calculation functions of PLC and the use of EEPROM as the user program storage unit, its programming and modification are very convenient and flexible. Strong anti-interference ability, long service life, easy to master, and simple maintenance. The control cabinet and power cabinet are manufactured according to the GB4208-84-IEC529-76 standard and are suitable for various types of boilers arranged in the open air and non open air.

主控制pLC：根據(jù)技術(shù)協(xié)議要求，選用沒(méi)過(guò)MODICON公司Compact系列模塊式結(jié)構(gòu)或者日本OMRON公司C系列產(chǎn)品，模塊式結(jié)構(gòu)。
Main control PLC: According to the technical agreement requirements, choose a modular structure that has not been tested by MODICON's Compact series or OMRON's C series products from Japan.
輸入：根據(jù)機(jī)組大小而定，一般在20-60點(diǎn)之間；
Input: Depending on the size of the unit, usually between 20 and 60 o'clock;
輸出：以吹灰器多少而定，一般300MW機(jī)組約為150點(diǎn)；50MW機(jī)組為50點(diǎn)；
Output: Depending on the number of soot blowers, typically around 150 points for a 300MW unit; 50 points for a 50MW unit;

電源閥門柜一臺(tái)；吹灰器動(dòng)力柜若干，一般每臺(tái)動(dòng)力柜可控制吹灰器15-20臺(tái)，特殊情況亦可更多一些。
One power valve cabinet; There are several power cabinets for soot blowers, and generally each power cabinet can control 15-20 soot blowers. In special cases, there may be more.
