Each boiler needs to be cleaned once a month, otherwise it cannot operate normally. Each furnace requires 4 people and 3 days for each treatment. It consumes both manpower and fuel, and the heating effect cannot be guaranteed.

　　鍋爐吹灰器主要對(duì)鍋爐煙道受熱面進(jìn)行吹掃，以很大限度地減少受熱面上的積灰，發(fā)揮增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要作用。鍋爐吹灰器為了提高系統(tǒng)的可靠性，簡(jiǎn)化管路布置，減少漏氣隱患，提高系統(tǒng)的安全性能，減少管路系統(tǒng)的維修量；鍋爐吹灰系統(tǒng)布置形式為分散式樹枝狀管路分布；乙炔管路由乙炔瓶輸送至集器箱，由集氣箱輸送至乙炔主管路，乙炔主管路由下至上布置，然后樹枝狀分散輸送至每一受熱層面的配氣裝置；每?jī)蓚€(gè)脈沖發(fā)生器配置一套配氣點(diǎn)火裝置，配氣和混合點(diǎn)火系統(tǒng)與脈沖發(fā)生器的爆燃?xì)夤苈肪嚯x不超過6米，大大縮短了爆燃?xì)廨斔途嚯x，提升了爆燃?xì)馔?。爆燃?xì)夤芏搪?，?jié)約可燃?xì)怏w30%以上，本吹灰系統(tǒng)配氣點(diǎn)火控制柜和混合點(diǎn)火罐布置在兩個(gè)脈沖發(fā)生器的中間位置。

The distance between the gas distribution and mixed ignition system and the explosive gas pipeline of the pulse generator is not more than 6 meters, greatly shortening the conveying distance of explosive gas and improving its power. The short circuit of the deflagration gas pipe saves more than 30% of combustible gas. The gas ignition control cabinet and mixed ignition tank of this soot blowing system are arranged in the middle of two pulse generators.
